Conference Photography
Speakers, sessions and delegates across a multi-day programme.
Conference coverage across sessions and days: speakers on stage, the room engaged, breakouts, and the networking that is often the real reason people came.
Planned against the programme so nothing important is missed.
Speakers, sessions and the room
Conference coverage has three subjects: the person on stage, the audience engaged with them, and the conversations in the corridors that are often the real reason people paid to attend.
Stage lighting is usually built for the audience's eyes rather than a camera, and it changes between sessions — that is the main technical work of the day.
Planned against the programme
Multi-day and multi-track programmes need a plan. Working from the schedule in advance means the keynote, the panel that matters and the sponsor's session are all covered rather than whichever happened to be nearest.
It also flags the gaps — where to be for arrivals, breaks and the evening reception.
