That means the room looking full and alive, sponsors and their signage visible, honourees photographed properly, and enough wide frames to sell the event to people who did not attend.
Through the evening
Coverage usually starts before the doors do — the room dressed, the tables set, the details the committee spent months on and will never see again once guests arrive.
Then arrivals, the programme, the ask, and the part of the night after the formal business ends, which is often where the warmest pictures are.
