Company and Organization Photography
Full-organisation photography, from the group shot to the working images.
A broader brief than a staff sitting: the group photograph, the people, and the place — used across a website, a report and a recruitment page.
Usually a planned half or full day rather than a single set-up.
Broader than a staff sitting
An organisation shoot covers the people, the place and the work: portraits, the group, teams in their actual environment, the building, and detail frames that give a designer something to work with.
The output is a library rather than a picture — used across a website, an annual report, recruitment material and a press kit.
Planning a shoot day
These work best planned backwards from where the images will be used. A recruitment page needs different frames than an annual report, and knowing that in advance is the difference between a useful set and a lot of nice photographs nobody has a slot for.
A walk-through beforehand — or good photographs of the spaces — lets us plan the order and follow the light through the building instead of fighting it.
